I believe that when a person feels safe, accepted, and emotionally supported that healing can begin. I provide clients with compassion, empathy, and understanding. My style is warm, gentle, encouraging, and collaborative. I personalize therapy for each client's needs and goals, using techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Collaborative Family Therapy, among others.

I use a variety of therapeutic strategies to find the best fit for each person. I provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to feel heard and understood as they navigate through challenges, learn, and grow.
I believe that whatever impacts one person in a family tends to affect other family members in their own way. Family therapy is beneficial for improving relationships, increasing communication and connection, and healing attachment wounds. Family therapy also offers support to parents and caregivers. As a Family Therapist, I have specific training in family systems, family dynamics, relationships, attachment, communication, and collaborative techniques for finding solutions.
